‣24/07/2017 Maximus Group of spots called Il Californiano
In one interview from 2009 (one of the last) Luciano Emmer mentioned about group of spots he had directed - Il Californiano (http://www.cinemecum.it/newsite/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1782%3Aemmer-ritorno-a-cuglieri&catid=62&Itemid=283). The spots about Chewing gum Hollywood were played during the famous Carosello program (Emmer's invention) and had the music of Maestro Morricone (it seems to be an original). Between 1969 and 1971 there were 3 spots: 1) Dinamite (1969), 2) I Banditi (1970), 3) Il rapimento di Manuela (1971) (see: http://carosellomito.net/serie/il-californiano/). Two of them you can watch on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYQ-uiKbk6E and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8s5cA-GtRy4.

A very nice discovery, thanks Maximus.
The collaboration with Emmer is much richer than we thought before.
We are surely dealing with some original unreleased music. The 2 spots mentioned have the same track, edited differently.
It wouldn't be surprising that it actually features Gianna Spagnulo and I Cantori Moderni di Alessandroni.
